PT. BKJL Enhances HR Competency through Certified General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Training

Demonstrating its commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance, PT. Bandar Krida Jala (BKJL) has conducted a 12-day Certified General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Expert Training program for five of its employees. Held from May 14 to 27, 2025, the initiative aimed to build a competent workforce, enhance the company's credibility, and manage operational risks more effectively.

The training featured a comprehensive curriculum delivered from May 14 to 26. To ensure learning effectiveness, each session began with a pre-test and concluded with a post-test to evaluate participants' progress.

The program culminated in an official, proctored online certification exam on May 27, 2025. The examination was formally administered and directly supervised by Indonesia's Ministry of Labour to assess participants' competency and certify their status as General K3 Experts.
